We know the rolling 24-hour extensions are frustrating, and we hear you. This approach is being used to keep pressure on the company and keep all options on the table while we continue pushing for the agreement you deserve.

Right now, the most important thing we can do is hold the line: stay united, stay engaged, and stay ready. Don’t let frustration turn into division—management is counting on that. Our message to the company is simple: we are united, we are prepared, and we will not back down.

Please make every effort to attend Tuesday’s Informational Meetings at Dynasty Banquets at 3:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. We will review the current state of negotiations in detail, explain what’s happening under the 24-hour rolling extensions, and walk through the options in front of us.
